Do you think Rodrigo, will completely eliminate all drugs & drug users in the Philippines?

Nothing will eliminate drugs and drug users short of legalizing it and education and letting people actually do what they want. So no I don't think Rodrigo will stop it because you will always have people do drugs regardless of the consequences rather natural or from social norms.

As a native, as someone who seen raids next doors, and as someone who actually watches the local enforcers in action in real life... I doubt it.
Sure it will decreased and discouraged. But it will come back, one way or another.
Even with the effectiveness, people here would create tricks on how to get away with it. Most of them just don't have the means.

Yes, that's why I don't go to museums. I stare at a painting for so long it scares the guards.
