Fits and starts with me - one meal at the end of a day (and I sometimes don't feel much like eating that) with nibbles during the day.
It's why I'm so svelte! *snorts*

I mean I like food, but sometimes can't be bothered with a 'stop what you're doing' meal so snack on stuff instead (choccybix is the current favourite). Sometimes I have a fruit binge and that becomes grape or tangerine snacking instead. Oranges are Ok but they're too messy & fiddly to get to the good stuff!
I've only ever seen food as 'fuel with a taste' so 'stock up' as seems appropriate for what I'm involved with. That usually means chucking something in the microwave because it's least disruptive. I don't think I've ever actually prepared a meal from raw ingredients.

Is it just me, or is there not a website out there about AS that's not extremely "busy"? I imagine that's what it's like inside the website creator's head, and it's overwhelming.

Too many words. Too many pictures. Bright colors. This site included.
