I still get weird flickers in my vision when I'm going to sleep thanks to years spent reading code & allowing my world to consist of a screen & a teacup. This type of software has really helped though.
I get licks of light at the bottom of my eyes which looks like fire now and again.
This usually happens at night, even when I try to sleep.
The eyes and brain connection is a strange and wonderful thing.
It will be interesting to see if it helps with my sleep - I am off there now.
