To the woman at Wal-Mart this morning who had the store call the police on me, because when I passed you and saw your "McCain-Palin" shirt I said, "Palin is a bigot!" What the hell is wrong with you? And to the deputy who harassed me. Have you ever heard of the First Amendment? What is this society coming to?

People who don't use directional signals when they drive.

Or don't you just love it, when you go to cross the street, and someone has their directional signal on, and you think they are turning, and they nearly run you over?l

Why do the creditors not understand $0 means there is nothing for them to collect. As if I am going to pay my Mum's debts.

To Whom It May Concern,

I wish to lodge a grievance against those who would presume to know my intentions and motivations without ever asking me what they really are. It is akin to being charged, tried, and sentenced in absentia, and without appeal - it is prejudice, plain and simple.

Respectfully,

Fnord,

This might get long,

Society has been brainwashed into thinking that if you do not own an iPod then you are shunned from the rest of the world. I don't own an iPod and refuse to buy one. Christmas is suppoded to be about the birth of Jesus, but it's so overcommercialized. What the heck does Santa, reindeer and snowmen have to do with Christmas. You can build a snowman any time there is enough snow on the ground and if it's the right type. People think that Christmas is only about getting and not giving. It seems that society has forgotten the true meaning of Christmas.

So you have the latest clothes, music, phone, MP3 player, car, etc. Do I care? No. Does Society care? Yes. Who gives a hoot about that stuff. I wear normal clothes, listen to whatever music I want to, drive the car of my choice and buy any MP3 player I want, phone, etc. Society has been brainwashed into thinking that if you don't have those things it makes you a loser.

I would like to complain about the sound of high heels on wood surfaces and the like. Grates my nerves very easily.

I loathe the texture and sound of styrofoam. It should be outlawed.

Ah! But do you really mean "extruded polystyrene foam", or might you mean "expanded polystyrene foam" - or indeed, any formed of foamed polystyrene!

I have to agree though - as useful as it is, the texture is making me cringe, just thinking about it.

The sound... not so bad... except that it typically is a precursor of the touch... and there I go again.

Another vote for un-inventing all forms of brittle foamed plastics, in favour of a product that causes less of a sensory overload.

I get so angry whenever my sister's kids get sick. It makes me fear for my own health. They had a cold last week, and thankfully I managed to escape it. But now, my niece has the croup and my nephew has a stuffy nose again. I feel tired and my eyes are glassy, but that could very well be due to my recent changes in sleeping schedule; I went from 1am - 9am to 4am - 1pm. There is also pressure in my ears, but my mom says it's because of air pressure change.

*sigh* why couldn't I have a phobia over something I can actually see, instead of something that could strike at any time without me knowing?

And less of a negative impact on the environment.

To the draw string on the medical scrubs I was wearing as pajamas at my in-laws this past week. Thanks soooo much for letting loose when I stood up in front of everyone Friday morning. Quite a show you gave them.
