its a very interesting concept and one i have pondered on a number of times. I would certainly like to test that area. I think it could be challenging in some areas and others not. Just like any other community that has gone against the norm, i dont see why it couldn't work. :)

Yes, i live in a small surfing community, with a house overlooking the water, fishing is a plentiful, local humans are different to many other communities both good and bad (very diverse). We have a beautiful mountain overlooking the village and my home is pretty massive , Waterfalls near by, natural thermal hotpools you can privately soak in beneath the stars, relatively consistent weather , beautiful countryside and nature so no complaints there:)

I live in Genosha where there is a great amount of ethnic diversity but, at the same time there are people whom still live from the Dark Ages in terms of mentality.I'm not far from the coast, but not too close though.
