What's really interesting is if you start thinking about your mortality and begin to live your life accordingly, prior to being diagnosed with a terminal disease.

I used to live more like that. I actually felt close to death for many years. It forced a change in me, positive, eventually.

The Buddhist monks go to charnel houses to meditate among the dead, I guess it reminds you of how precious now is.

It's funny you should mention it, becuase I'm having these little reminders, nagging me; don't waste your time, don't let yourself down, life is precious...

I don't think I'm dying though, just needing to live more deeply and authentically and purposefully

I'm going to spend more time at Stepping Stones. Being around adults will help me to keep in touch with myself.

Good morning everybody! :)

TGIF! Today's bed bug inspection. I hope that I don't have any bed bug activity in my apartment.

Excellent!
You vocabulary will increase too: you never really learn to swear until you learn to drive.

Any tricky bits in the test you thought you'd failed on, or did you just shut it out and simply drive?
