Not really.



Do you believe the world will end in the next 10-10,000 years?

The apocalypse? No.
But the cessation of life on Earth?
Call me pessimistic, but I could see that happening within the next two-thousand years or so.


What type of books or literature do you enjoy reading?

I like nonfiction books, and old-time literature.

How is the weather where you are? Here's it's partly cloudy, in the low 50's.

It's foggy and 48 degrees. Brrr. I can't find my jacket.

How about you? Have you had frost yet where you are?

Sometimes, here in NYC, we not get frost until December.

I'm good now that I've had my coffee.

Are you a coffee drinker?

Not at all. I'm weird in that I don't really like hot drinks in the morning.

I tried coffee when I was a kid, just to pretend I was an adult. No dice.


Do you have a little breakfast nook-type place in your home?

No, but I wish I did.

I live in a "garden-type" apartment. A duplex.

It's only about 625 square feet---but the good thing is that there's good maintenance in my apartment complex.

I grew up, primarily, in six-story apartment buildings.


Ever lived in an apartment?

Nope, I've always lived in houses. There aren't many apartment buildings around here.

Have you moved often in your life?

Nope

Can you believe 2016 is almost over?

Yes, I can. It's been a long year for me. I'm hoping 2017 is better.

Are you dreading the winter or looking forward to it?

I don't mind most aspects of winter--except shoveling snow and driving in snow.

I've always liked the winter. I just wish it wouldn't last quite so long.

The winter was a lot of fun when I was a kid. In the blizzard of 1993, my brother and I dug a hole in the snow big enough for 4 people. Fun times.
