I read that tamari sauce is like soy sauce but gluten free. Is this so?

I also use toasted sesame oil to add a more authentic flavour. A little bit goes a long way as only a few drops are needed.

I'm doing well after finishing a difficult day at university but, now that has passed I'm okay.I'm also listening to music, mainly the entire soundtrack from a favorite film of mine.
