I went swimming and than I made supper so I haven't been posting as much as I usually do.

It was very nice. I feel happier and more energetic since I've gotten off the Slim-Fast. :) I had scrambled eggs with toast for supper, a salmon sandwich for lunch and a bowl of cereal with milk and an apple for breakfast. :)
