^^Have you ever tried a hops pillow? You can make them yourself with some dried hops and muslin. I go through phases of not being able to sleep and at one point I got so desperate I just thought I would give it a go! I think maybe it helped a little at times, although I warn you they don't smell that pleasant! You can put something else in aswell like lavender.
