I've just finished gooking some ground beef and onions to have with my upcoming suppers. I've sampled a 1 cup bowl of it for lunch and it tastes very good. I put ketchup, Worchester sauce and chopped up onions in it.

The last two birthdays of mine have been depressing, as I was depressed over those winters.
I get summer SAD, not winter like most people who get SAD. Isn't that odd?
