Green tortellini, Levi Roots "Rasta Pasta" sauce with chicken and bacon and some cheese sprinkled on. It was aweeeeesome (and also my first time cooking chicken from raw! No one's dead yet so I'm happy.) I want to marry Levi Roots, even if his sauces are technically made in a factory.

Of course my evil witch of a sister tried her very best to put her friend off the pasta (because I cooked it) and it worked so they both left at least half of it. Pffft, I put all my motherly love and care into making tea for the siblings and their friends, pfft pfft. Oh well my brother loved it and had nothing but good words to say about it.

i was scurrying around today like a "blue arsed fly", and i was on tenterhooks when it came to dinnertime (the last thing i ate).

i hastily bought a frozen lasagne (mccains) and it said on the packet "new improved recipe", and i was mildly interested as to what it would taste like because i usually consider their lasagne's acceptable. so i microwaved it for the prescribed time, and i considered it's taste inferior to the previous configuration of the product, and i could not finish eating it.

it seemed crassly intense in it's tomato-ey taste, and the layers of pasta were dry and chewy.

i read the label and it said that there was only 8% meat in the sauce, and the previous product had 24% meat. so i guess that their claim "improved recipe" is not a lie, because it is an improved recipe from their point of view.

bastards.

Grabbed what was handy for dinner. Made a kind of burger stirfry with veggies and drizzled a little Sriracha sauce on it. Had that with some coffee.
