How do I wish to destroy the current outdated paradigm without putting myself or everyone into further entanglement?

How do I destroy this world -- the so called human social world -- without a war or even a single yet significant death and suffering involved?

Oh I'd hate that. I've had itchy ears for 2 weeks. Turns out I'm allergic to coconut shampoo and conditioner.

Why is your nose blocked up

I have a polyp and something else up my nose which needs removing. I have to wait for them to be removed on the NHS. Both are partially blocking one of my nostrils.
