So which is it?
That's why I have to pretend, because no one really wants to hear it.

It’s not meant to tell you to not express yourself. Not telling you to shut down. You can say whatever you want. Being negative all the time is not going to make anything better. Take a step back to see what’s happening. Accept what has happened because it can’t be changed and move forward. That’s the point of chill out. There is life beyond pain; you just have to be willing to find it. Yes it’s difficult and it sucks like climbing Mt Everest emotionally. It’s still possible. You fall. You cry. When you’re ready, you get back up. It’s ok.

I think I'll skedaddle for a while, until someone [possibly me] has calmed down a bit.

I'm at the part where I've fallen now.
I can usually deal with it right up to the moment I can't.
Then everyone's like, "You can deal with it. Stop crying."
So I'm not allowed to feel like this?
That's what I'm getting.

Yes, you’re allowed to feel like that. You’re allowed to cry. You’re allowed to hurt. You can deal with it - in your own time - when you’re ready. It will get better. Not everyone understands what depression feels like so they say things that end up making you feel worse. That’s why we end up shutting down. We’re tired of hearing it and need time to recover. Try to focus on calming down and stop the “downward spiral” of negative thoughts. I literally tell myself ‘stop’ (repetitively) when the anxiety starts rushing my brain and redirect my attention to some physical activity. Usually works.

It would help if someone could tell me what it is I'm feeling exactly and explain why I'm feeling it.

And sorry to Kura.

But we are all so different in what we feel and why we feel it.
If someone was to try they would be telling you how they would feel and why.

Nobody here knows how you are feeling because they are not facing what you are.
Again, I will say you can express yourself as much as you like and in any way.
It might do you some good to have a big scream and cry or anything you fancy.

Depression (probably situational). Anxiety. You’re overwhelmed. You’re stressed physically and emotionally with treatment. You feel sad, hopeless, and disinterested. Basically, life sucks. You’re brain is already wired differently so now it’s even more confusing.

Not really what you want to hear, but You need to rest, relax, eat healthy, and exercise. Behavior therapy is helpful. Stay positive as much as possible. You are supported here and by your partner. It will get better. Adapt and overcome.

Not really too much,

I'll just do A, B and C and not have a computer which is what I am doing.

Or...

I'll continue to F it worse until I am dead, which will probably be what happens because nothing will make me feel safe, I don't care at all, I'll probably will do something bad to end up in prison because I hate my life and I am drake, they made a drake.

They attacked first, I didn't do anything but I care so little now, I'll pretty much order f**k the duck... until it explodes.

I do hate everyone though, screw it all, unless... of course we conspiracy theory everyone who buys small amounts of drugs, which is fine. That is totally fair to do that from a law enforcement stand point but I think a lot of people will take offence to that over such a minor crime.

But... it is fair to do that
