Wow this place was dead for a while!

I've been working solid on my animations from 8-11, so didn't check this place much...didn't need to it seems!
Hey there identity and Kyle :)

I've seen wolves (I think grey wolves) a few times but that has been in other areas of Arizona and not in the Tucson area for some reason. I've seen all kinds of other animals when I worked in the copper mines.

This was my understanding. I lived in the East Valley of Pheonix for 21 years and, while I never saw any myself, I heard about coyotes killing cats on the outskirts and whatnot. I'd expect to find some wolves in Sedona or Flag but not in the southern parts of the state where it's pure desert like Tucson. But Reno is pretty much the same climate as Phoenix so I am surpised to hear about wolves there.

I never saw any wild carnivores but I did see some deer up in the hills of SoCal at night once :) it was a nice scene with the lights of the city down below us, almost pitch black up where we were but we could just make out a doe and a fawn a little ways away from us grazing in the dark.

It's one of those strange sayings! I suppose church is usually quiet and mice are aswell so together it emphasises the quietness. :chin:
