Living in a fishing village sounds less stressful than some other corners of the globe. So there is that.

The Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest around. So I would imagine that someone who eats a lot of fish would be healthier than the average person. Unless it’s somewhere where lead poisoning in fish is a big problem.
