Four weeks without making any facebook posts. I think I'm finally done bashing my head into that damned wall.

Managed to drag trash down he driveway to the curb for trash pickup. Very strong smell of pollen dust or whatever it is has subsided somewhat in the house . Regardless of how well was cleaning things . Very frustrating.
But have made it to a. New day. So far so good.

I hope they were good ones. I have the sheen of a remembered dream in which my favorite coffee mug was cracked. It was kind of a relief to wake up and find it whole. :D

I got two Clethra bushes planted today at the edge of the pond.

Wrote a list of things I must work on nearly every day and found a way to post it at my desk.

Didn't do any of it, but I got it written and posted.

Slept four hours or so, uninterrupted. I do that more often than I used to, but what's significant is that I did it during a normal person's nighttime, and without an evening nap. Trying to normalize my sleep schedule. Still a challenge: getting enough sleep.

I have l learned, by much experience, I have to stop BEFORE I run out of spoons. This is not easy to do, by any means, but it makes a difference for me.

Well , managed to survive new home helper today . But felt like I was her psychologist. She told me all her recent history and problems . She even got a text from a friend of hers who wrote to her that they had just received a 2 page suicide note . While she was here. She appeared to have more trouble doing things . To help me , almost so bad felt like I needed to help her. And did. ! But she got some of the harder to do stuff for me, done.
She was a heavey weight person and did sweat a lot . Think she wanted me to feel bad for her .
Not sure if there was a disconnect for me as a Aspie , versus her as a NT . Did make her a cup of fresh ground coffee. She seemed to enjoy it . Feeling alittle drained from her visit ..but am not as bad as I thought I might be.

That prediction looks to have been spot on.

Wrote a weird post in the haven. Went for walk in the sunshine. Picked up some things from my mom including laundry. Managed to feed and bathe and clothe myself. Guess I didn’t do much today. Had an okay day mostly.
