I'm glad she was persistent, Ferris.

Nobody has ever been really persistent with me, even if I was oblivious.

I had a persistent woman like that but I didn't love her to be honest. I missed a lot of it too until it was just so obvious it couldn't have been missed. Retrospect, I should have married her, probably not gonna get a second chance and even though I didn't love her. I could tolerate her. She was attractive too, her personality wasn't bad. I have no idea why I didn't love her but I didn't. I enjoyed being around her but I didn't love her.

Nah , I think it would be wrong to get married if you didn't love her although marriages of convenience exist.

Have you ever loved a girl ? Do you know what love feels like ? I only ask as alexithymia is common on the spectrum.

I only asked because you may have actually loved this girl but didn't recognise the feeling.

It comes up in my mind quite frequently if I've actually loved anyone , I definitely thought I have and I think I know what love feels like - but do I. I've had to reassess a lot of things since Dx - maybe I'm just overthinking it.
