That's interesting because, according to that, all long o sounds sound like there is a w at the end. And it does... but if you add a w, the sound of the o changes.

no..... now.....

Good morning fellow randomers! :)

I'm getting myself off that Slim-Fast as soon as possible. I can feel the itching on my arms, legs, stomach, back and my head. I let my anxiety get the better of me to the point that I had no appetite and than it seemed so easy not to have to bother with food, 70% of the time. From now on, I'm going to follow the lead of Mick Avory and eat real food. I'm going to get out the Canada Food Guide and start out by eating my minimum requirements of each food group. I have a quarter of a box of cereal in my cupboard. I'll have that for breakfast with milk and an orange. Tomorrow, I plan to buy more cereal, eggs, lunch ham and skim milk. I was using 2% milk for the Slim-Fast. I don't have any bed bugs, so I was able to rule out an allergic reaction.

'Happy as a clam.'

'Happy as a lark.'

Are either a clam or a lark to be considered happy?

Hi, Mick!

Good Morning Mick! :) I'm glad to hear you're going to eat better from now on. :)

Kyle, I don't know why they use clam and lark as something to express happiness. :chin: I'm not sure where or what that originated from. That's an interesting question. I'm going to go google it and see what I find. :nerdy:
