I'm applying for the utility worker position at my job. I'm waiting until Monday to submit it, so I can ask the maintenance supervisor if he found out if I'll get drug tested or not. I'm nervous. If I will I'll have to wait and the position might be taken by then

Insomnia week.
Nothing external, just internal.

Sigh...
The woes of dealing with being a biological adult female.

Worst, the gym was closed!
I hadn't had a workout for 2 weeks. Last week was because I have this damn cough that's yet to go away completely.

Oh, and tomorrow substituting a job that I'm not suited for.
Another of those early work day that I don't want anything to do with it.

I've realized that my instinct when I have really bad anxiety or my trauma gets triggered is to literally curl up and hide. I thought my aunt was mad at me, so I went into my room and subconsciously got under the covers + laid in the fetal position.

I've just realized that Schultzy's wearing a Christmas colour that's often overlooked. Blue. That makes me want to keep him as an avatar even thought it's the Christmas season. I was struggling with the concept of peace on earth. I put that in a box and low and behold, I've perked up and I'm really in the Christmas spirit.

Different people have different challenges around this time of year. I've mentioned mine.

There are also people who feel pressure to feel cheerful.
