I really need to start being serious about German again. I switched schools; in my old school, I did German I and I was quite good at it. Then summer came, and I forgot a lot of what I had learned. Then this school year came, and this school's German II is about the same level as my old school's German III... I think I'm going to take a class at a German school. I really want to learn it and be fluent, but this class at the new school that I'm taking now is a bit too difficult for me.

I'm not jealous of anybody here. Why would I be? Sure I might have started a thread about lucky people, but I was actually asking to post about my special interests without being shot down and called annoying.

I'm back for a bit I guess. Looks like I missed Kyle and probably Ten too. Well they should know I hope they have a wonderful night and pleasant dreams. Hey Titangeek, Jory, AA and JMNixon. AA voiding frequently could be a symptom of many different things of which some are more serious than others. So it's best to see your physician if it continues over the next day or so like it is and if anything else happens like you start experiencing burning while you're voiding (peeing) or you become incredibly thrusty or you have pain especially severe pain. Get your ass to the hospital and get some help for it. *gives AA a big hug* I hope you've just been drinking a lot of liquids and that's causing you to pee a lot. :) But let me know if it's something more serious and don't go blowing it off. Urinary tract infections need to be treated because if they are not, it's possible the infection can go septic and you can die from it like that beautiful Brazilian model - beauty queen Mariana Bridi did a couple of years ago.

I'm back from the gym and I had two pieces of toast, because I had a bigger lunch. I might have a couple more pieces of toast. :)

^^ Bear in mind that it could also just be a perfectly normal and very mild urinary infection (especially if "running hot") and likely to last only a couple of days.
If it gets or remains hot for more than a few days then see your doctor who will probably prescribe a short course of antibiotics as a starting point.
Recently been there, done that...

I used to avoid watching the Pirates of the Caribbean movies because they were popular and I worried that if I started to like them, people would think I was just following a trend. But I've reached a point in my life now where I don't care if something I like is mainstream, because I have my own reasons for liking it. Besides, if a lot of people are interested in something, it just means that I have more people to share my interests with.

I saw about ten minutes of one of the Pirates movies. That's all I could take. It was boring and unfunny.

If anyone here thinks I'm criticizing it because it's popular, here are some movies from the IMDb Top 250 that I like:

The Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather, The Godfather: Part II, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Pulp Fiction, The Empire Strikes Back, Inception , Fight Club, Goodfellas, Star Wars, City of God, The Matrix, Rear Window, The Silence of the Lambs, Psycho, Se7en, Memento, Leon: The Professional, Apocalypse Now, Toy Story 3, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Saving Private Ryan, Taxi Driver, and oh you get the point.

And if anyone here thinks I'm criticizing it in a hipsterish attempt to make it sound like my taste in films is just too good for silly adventure movies like Pirates, keep in mind that I actually liked Dracula 2000 and Godzilla 2000. And Blues Brothers 2000 isn't as bad as people say it is. I haven't seen Ultra-Lubricated LoveSex2000, which is actually listed on IMDb, so I can't judge it, but I'm sure it's a winner.

I dunno whether I have the world's crappiest internet connection, or my computer really needs a tune-up, but something is making it go really slow. :hmph:
