My upper back hurts and I really want some chocolate. Not sure the two are related, but they are currently the most immediate things on my mind ...

Yes it can, thank you Sylkat. I have a step-daughter who has diabetes and I use to be a paramedic so I have a little experience with this. I was thinking about diabetes when I mentioned the excessive thirst.

I'm not a diabetic & was tested about a year ago.

No sign of diabetes was seen.

Just today, I noticed sharp pains in my stomach.

Dear Kyle, Going on? On a Sunday? Basically nothing, but considering all the bad stuff happening worldwide, maybe 'nothing happening' is something to be very grateful for! Are you having a nice Sunday, charming revenant? Sylkat

And that's another thing, Sylkat are you a male or female? Sometimes I think you're a female but them other times I think you are a male probably because you're an Aspie, I think(?). :?

Dear One Step Beyond, I hope you'll feel better soon, maybe you've just been curled up in that lobster bucket a little too long.
Dear Taupey, Female, Sagittarius, American, employed, unmarried, Asperger's, and the double-posting is SO unintentional, sorry! Sylkat
