A lack of motivation.

My perception over time must be weird.

I'm still getting used to having a lot of time in my hands.

However...
There is this persistent problem -- it's the desire to end the day or being too ahead of myself and then wanting to get rid of the days in between.

It's sort of like the damnable 'waiting mode', but in a larger scale.
Sort of like how a day before deadline DO instead of using the whole week worth of time.

It never helps that...
I have no direction. I don't have a real plan for future.
I can think of several prospects, but there are just days that I cannot see myself working it all out and I hate those days.

...
I had enough with the damn fluctuations, screwing everything. I'd rather have the ability to just ignore the damn thing inside me and do as I would.

Am I the only one who thinks all the hype about Mickey Mouse becoming public domain is really dumb? Or the Steamboat Willie version of Mickey Mouse, anyway. But now all these indie horror games or videos of Mickey are popping up like toadstools after a rainstorm, and I think it's just dumb.

On the other hand, I'm a little less worried about getting in trouble with YouTube or Disney for making videos of Mii or Sim characters similar to Mickey Mouse. Even though I've had the videos up for years and haven't heard any complaints so far. Maybe because I don't get paid for the videos, I'm no professional YouTuber.

I’m not going to help my mom make party favors for a wedding I’m not invited to. Yay me. :ninja:

In which even my deepest of instincts tells me that I don't desire to do nothing but slack off.

I'm over my cold now. Barb came over for a visit. It's nice that things are back to the way things usually are in that respect. I'm also drinking my Saturday morning coffee.

One of my dogs barfed up an entire shoestring. How did she managed to eat an entire shoestring? Where in my house did she find a lone shoestring?

My mother believes that the time before the sun rises belongs to the previous day, and calendars everywhere will be marked like this, including mobile phones, computers, web pages, except textbooks. Surprise to me, she's not even50.
After a long exchange, no one convinced anyone, "Nerd, after dawn it will be the 8th, which is the day when you start class.

I've been feeling less depressed lately and doing a lot more stuff + enjoying doing things.

Does she celebrate New Year's at dawn then, or midnight?

She knew very well that it was midnight. Anyway, I don't know what she was thinking last night. Today she realized it and told me that she had been making this mistake for 3 days.
