I freaking hate chocolate and brownies.
It was so disgusting I thought I was going to hurl.

I couldn't understand why I couldn't walk after having it.
I thought it must have been a sugar high.

lolll --

I'm so clueless.
It was a totally different kind of high.

Have you been on the space cakes Isabella? :D

It's possible that it's both the sugar and the chocolate.

Or, something added in it, which is also possible.
There are brownies that are made for literal sh*ts and/or giggles. Though I've yet to encounter something like that...

I can distinguish between the highs from chocolates and the highs from sugar.

The former is more or less giddy and a bit relaxing.
Otherwise, may trigger my digestive system.

The latter, with the right high amount is some relief, some alertness and perkiness -- wrong amount would be this dissociative fog with fatigue, thirst and sweating...

And I'm very prone to crave those. :?
I can only imagine those who don't normally eat those would feel like.

27 years since the IRA bombed Manchester. How time flies.

My daughter was 3 years old and we was going into Manchester that day. At the last minute I changed my mind and we got on the train to Wigan instead. Probably one of the wisest decisions I've ever made.

Almost brings a tear to my cold, dark eyes.

Whether to drink coffee or Bailey's during my OT appointment.

Hmmm.

I wish I knew why it's so difficult for me to change my avatar. I've never had trouble changing anything else about me.

Are you having difficulties with the decision to change your avatar, or the process of changing it - i.e, the specific dimensions of a picture?

I don't think anyone was killed or even seriously injured as a result of the bombing, so the security forces obviously did a good job of evacuating the city centre. I remember going into the Arndale Centre just a few weeks after the event, and being impressed by the fact that a lot of businesses were up and running again in makeshift premises. I think Manchester Cathedral suffered some fairly significant damage from the blast.

Schultz is the closest thing to me and my character that I've ever found and that's why I keep switching back to him every time I try to change my avatar and I'm in so much in love with Germany that it's hard for me to get my groove back and go back to using Mick Avory and The Kinks for an avatar. I feel a very strong connection with Schultz. So much so that an avatar change never lasts more than a few hours. I see Schultz as a stronger representation of me and my character more than Mick Avory will ever be.

In other words, Mick is a Level 1 and Schultz is a Level 2.

I feel like what you need is Mick Avory dressed as Schultz, or Schultz dressed as a mod.

Something that combines the different aspects of who you are, compared to forcing you to pick and choose.

I'm into trauma healing and totally available, although I don't know what all may be involved, and I appreciate that I'm new here, so pretty much unknown.

Feel free to pm me about it! :D

I love love love your avatar. ^
The Princess and the Pea?
I thought of looking for one similar once, because I'm so hypersensitive.

I'll know more about it by Friday.
Basically I'm venturing into an OT trauma program where I need someone as a sponsor.
Their job is to make sure I don't go off the deep end.

I suggested my partner.
He's a counsellor.
Apparently that's not good because it would blur the lines for us.
Also he has PTSD and my stuff might trigger his stuff.

I have no idea how it could possibly be so ... intense?
Mind you, I had a stroke from EMDR so anything's possible.

I think they say it as an insurance caveat more than anything?
