Another way to access PMs, apart from Cornflake's method which is the easiest -


Step 1 - Be in the forum (not on PM). Click "My Account" up near the log out:








Step 2 - Click "Private Messages" way over on the far left:








Step 3 - Click Inbox, Sent, etc.

FYI, Messages you send to people will stay in your Outbox until the person reads them.
Then they'll go to your Sent box.










Here's some other tips since I'm now in a rabbit hole.


Go into "Board Preferences" (above ^ -- left side of screen)

Click on Global Settings:

Make sure you are allowing members to PM you, if that's what you want.
Decide if you want people to see when you're online or not.
That would only really apply if you were in their friends list.








Then go into Display Options (also under Board Preferences):

Here you can decide if you want forum posts to show in ascending or descending order.
Ascending means that new posts will be at the bottom of every thread you open.
I always do Descending, so new posts are at the top underneath the thread title.
I go to "Page 1" of a thread for the new stuff, instead of Page 853 or whatever (the bottom).

You can decide your personal preference, but I prefer the newest on top.







To post a YT video just copy paste a link from YT
Highlight it after you paste it, and click the YouTube icon thingy.
There's another way but this way is the easiest imo.
Some videos are restricted to viewing only in certain countries.
That's a YT thing, not a WP thing.

Thanks to someone's recommendation on the website, I found a suitable place to vent my excess political enthusiasm. I won't mess things up here anymore. Hooray!

Instead of making dinner (MY dinner; an hour before bed meal and it's 4AM here), I'm still sitting here and typing posts or listening to whatever youtube video's being on or reading whatever article or worse, fiction texts written within a few tabs of the chrome browser.

Schultz. I can't stop thinking about Schultz. I know he's just a character, but he's a Sweet Pea and he never did anything wrong.

I'm remembering a really great night on WP last year. I had a Juliette Lewis avatar for about 24 hours. Recidivist taught me to play electric bass guitar and set up my son's amps, by us posting back and forth with photos. Turns out I was holding the guitar upside down so I was doing everything ass-backward with the strings / notes upside down. No wonder it didn't really sound good lol. Raleigh and I were having a pretend spat. Then we joked about Fluffy's recipes but got locked out of reading the recipes.

Walrus did something great too, which I'll always remember. It was the good ole days.

Why are we never aware of the good ole days when they're happening?

I've been using Mick Avory because The Kinks were acting like goons during their time in America in 1965. Great! What do I do now?

Germany wins over in the end. If Germany is only a small part of me, than why does it influence my avatars? When I'm ready to use Mick for the right reasons, he's always in my photo files at my fingertips. I might even surprise myself and choose him tomorrow.

Let's eat. A real German loves food. Food and beer....it's the German way. Also, lets smile because I chose the holy over the unholy in today's case.
