For me the best thing about reading books is that I feel as though I'm actually looking into how the writers mind works. That's why I've never abandoned a book.

I have nothing against foreign films but I hate the way they are dubbed. The tone of the voice over never matches the expression on the actors faces. I just can't watch them and if I put the subtitles on I end up doing housework or something else and I forget I have to read the script so I just miss the whole movie.
