Planted some tomato seedlings and put my back out. Sigh.

Everyday , I seem to go and work in the yard …parts of my back seem to misalign themselves, about 50%
Of the time can result in a chiropractor visit .
But after falling down pulling weeds earlier … I recovered and now am peacefully enjoying the outdoors on my porch.
In a rocking chair ..occasionally making twittering sounds at a local bird , hanging out here.
Warm breeze but I am in the shade . Just having finished off my watermelon flavored drink with alittle mushroom powder . Taking well deserved relax time . ( under doctors orders) .
But following implied advise from a certain Blazing Star that passes through this site these days.

That sounds lovely Jakki. I'm glad you're relaxing.

I'm doing spring cleaning, hundreds of tasks in random order
Windows and curtains open
Managing to enjoy a bit of sun (very rare for me)
Talking on the phone (also rare for me)
Celebrating a momentous success
Cooking a roast
Sorting my computer desktop / files
Reading absent-mindedly
Preparing for travel
Waiting for potentially bad news and trying to keep my wits about me
Worrying, as always, but feeling some peace as well

Continued pressuring the state on overdue cost plans. Started cutting down the jungle around the pineapple plants.

You just keep on taking those little breaks, Jakki.

I set the clock in the bedroom

See, when there is a daylight savings change, I just become accustomed to adding or subtracting an hour until I get sick of doing that. But even better...

A week or so ago the power went out long enough to reset the clock to noon. It picks up from there, but flashes to remind you the time is wrong. And I've just become accustomed to adding 7 hours and 20 minutes

Do that in the middle of the night!

I spent some time starting to organize my thoughts for a conversation I'll be having with someone in the near future. I made some decent progress and needed to stop and clear my head, let the thoughts settle, so I went and mowed the front yard. Now I sit and will likely sped the rest of the day relaxing and play a game I've been into again.

On my day off, I managed to cycle the route to work and back on my very adult big red tricycle for the first time. At this point it's still more a terrifying kind of workout than a practical way to commute.

Still on holiday (at home). After doing too much for my own good yesterday, today I haven't got dressed yet at 5PM. I did varnish the paintwork on some home-made game pieces and do a 50-minute recording session in my living room. (Current challenge is to find ways to minimise background noise or cut it out in editing. It turns out that at least some of the rumbling I thought was tinnitus is actually there in the real world.)
