I'm glad the Berlin wall came down. Ronald Regan is my hero because he made it possible for The Berlin Wall to come down and for Germany to reunite as one. I clashed with someone on Zoom over it because that person was clueless enough to mention politics during a game session. I thought that playing games on Zoom was supposed to be fun. I woke up from my nap just for that. I should have kept sleeping. I'm not playing games on Zoom anymore. That group is put on by my clubhouse each Monday afternoon. If the woman asks why I haven't been coming to games, I'll tell her what I told all of you here and I'll walk away and not say anything else to her until she puts 2 and 2 together.

The popular kids will be hugging each other while the German kid sits down at his desk and cries.

What should I purchase off of Amazon on Welfare Wednesday next week? A Germany lanyard or caffeine gum? The caffeine gum would help the words of morons roll off me like water off a duck's back. What if that's not enough? What if I need amphetamines?

The King has cancer and the papers are full of that language of battles and fights.

It just pisses me off. You don't battle with or fight cancer. You find out you have it and then you get put on a conveyer belt of really unpleasant experiences during which time your life is in the hands of other people and there's bugger all you can do except feel crap and wait to find out if you're going to live or not.

No one survives cancer because they fight it. You just get lucky. Or you don't. The language we use should reflect that.
