Just did my own nails...

It's almost 5AM. I would be going to bed by now.
But I'm hungry. If I sleep now, I'd likely wake up crappier...

And I did.

Now I feel as if gravity is at least 1.5x times stronger.
No aches. Just this whole body feeling of heaviness and dealing with daily chronic rhinitis.

I seriously don't know what to make of this 'heaviness'.
It doesn't feel like 'weakness' or it felt like some form of 'sleepiness' or 'tiredness'.

It felt like... My body is working harder.
But my head doesn't register it the same. Heck, sometimes it's out of sync like being sleepy but without being tired or feeling crappy or even being idle.

I wish you could sleep but be aware of time passing so that when you wake up you feel like you've been asleep for hours, not 5 minutes.
