Honestly, I feel like they would just stress me out more.

Sometimes they can exacerbate one's stress life whereas, at other times they help to lower stress levels.

I don't really read books that much, but I have been reading this book in school for our class and watched a movie of it!

I've been off my Zoloft for a while now, since it was giving me brain fog and making me want to drink. I kind of regret going off of it though because my OCD has been f*****g terrible lately. When I see my new doctor in a few days I'm going to ask about trying a different SSRI.

Do you get a lot of headaches, and go through bottles of pain pills as a result?
