Well you have certainly inspired and motivated me today to get on with some tedious tasks.
I am going to try to wash my hair without soap.
Bicarb of soda is meant to be a natural cleanser without lots of additives.
I have coconut oil or olive oil as a defrizzer and face moisturiser.

I have a lovely dog.

I have a domestic white short hair cat named Sophie, whom I adopted from a place where animals had been rescued from abusive scenarios

Oh good for you. I think I will probably get a cat in the future.

I rescued a dog from Cyprus many years ago when I was in the Army.
She came back to the UK with me, via quarantine, otherwise her fate would have been dire.
She had a long and happy life here in the country.
My current dog was also not wanted - all she needed was understanding, attention and patience and love.

My sister has a few rescue cats. Her latest addition was left behind when the owners moved.
So she adopted it as her own seeing as it spent so much time at her home. Her cats have a blissful life.

You can mix a spoonful of honey in with the bicarb and water for less frizz.

I know because I was there. [Step-siblings on my step-father's side were over for the weekend, and Boo stayed downstairs for most of it because my little step-niece kept chasing her.] But, I got cinnamon buns, so that makes everything better.

^No, not at all, it was lots of fun. [Except when I got a stomach ache from eating too much.]

I guess Boo likes a quiet life.
Are your cinnamon buns like our cinnamon rolls with icing sugar on top?
