I can understand bits of that video and I think I understand the first line of the thing on that pic; it says something like "the highlights are..." (like points of interest, I think.)
Then the thing in " " says "3太まゆ毛!" which is something about 3 eyebrows, I think?

What Asian language is it? I have no experience with them. I did think I heard the woman say, "Thank you" in Chinese. But It could of been just my imagination.
