-find an apartment in a slower paced area, as to be more conductive to the goals/needs had.
-move
-find a second job that can reliably be kept up with despite disabilities to be worked around.
-relearn to drive to make time for two jobs realistically viable.
-find an older car that’d be liked enough to help override the initial dread.
-restore morale by researching what to go to school for as to escape the figurative drowning pool.

My body can be so relaxed, yet my head can be just angry and frustrated over an underreacting body...

I can't believe I've spent all my adult life buying and mostly wasting fresh vegetables when you can buy most of them frozen, often chopped up already, and they don't go bad.

Even onions. You can buy chopped frozen onions. You just pour them into your frying pan. No work no fuss.

Frozen stir fry vegetables. Just pour them in the pan.

Frozen mediteranean vegetables in oil with a little basil. Just put them on a baking tray and stick them in the oven.

They're as good as fresh. Probably better because they were frozen when they were fresh.
