Some of the fields around where I live are filled with rotting vegetation. Normally at this time of year they'd be green and waiting for the weather to warm up before they start growing for real. I'm pretty sure they're rapeseed crops that have died.

But why have they died?

Was it the wet winter? Did the crop drown? But it's not patchy, it's entire fields. So have they been deliberately killed? Did the farmers change their minds about what sort of crop they wanted and poison the field?

The fields stink.

I want to know.

The smell of rotting vegetation can be extremely unpleasant. Hopefully, the stench won’t last long.

I went to my rightful place in the park (the cenotaph) and I sat there doing my scratch n win. Something strange happened to me. I started loving myself once again and I fell back in love with Germany. I'm at peace with myself again. I've got my usual earworm back. Now that's an earworm that I can live with.

Encountered a rare moderate snowfall because it had a heavy amount of snow and came too late.
The temperature dropped from 10 degrees to minus 6 degrees in three days
