It's kind of depressing that I have to pay $3.99 for shipping for every book I buy from a private seller on Amazon Marketplace, especially when the shipping ends up exceeding the price of the book itself, but I suppose I should feel good about getting a brand new hardcover for $1.50 + $3.99 shipping when it sells for $20 new from Amazon.
