I think what I mean is, things could be both a lot better and a lot worse. I don't have a headache, I'm not having any stomach problems, nobody's bothering me, and I don't feel agitated or panicked. Getting through a single day with none of those problems is a miracle. But I'm bored and listless, feel lonely and isolated, and I feel like in general I'm having no fun with life at all.

In other words, meh.
