I've almost bought myself a tin of Malto which is almost the same as Slim-Fast, but I stopped myself. I chose Mick Avory for a role model so I would accept my size and eat properly. That means no liquid meal replacements. :)

The Sun was shinning here to today. I have lost track of time. Now the Sun is sinking in the West. In a couple of hours it will be dark.
