yup, still cut?
Looks very much like snow in the foreground to me - you can even see footprints in it, and going by the date/time the picture was taken it appears to be the same location as your earlier image here - clearly featuring snow:

Why would ImageShack decide to badly trim just one image of yours?
Also - instead of reposting the same image, please edit your original post to correct it there instead.

Ah, the sides.
This one is 1024x683 and your earlier one, of the path, is 683x1024 (because the camera was held in a different orientation when the picture was taken).
The native image size of your camera (Canon EOS REBEL T3) is 4272x2848 so the images you've posted are already considerably smaller.
It appears there is some default cropping being applied to images, somewhere in the line.

yes, and that is another that was cut?
just looked it over and the 2-3in border around the pic was cut. I'll practice different formats to see if it changes, first I'll try jpeg.

The camera's sensor produces images at a given size and conversion into different formats won't alter that - but what might is some default setting on your ImageShack account, or you're simply choosing some "auto-sized" version of the image, created by ImageShack for your convenience.
Look carefully over the options you have on your account generally, and what sort of selections you're offered for each image.

You quite probably can have your camera produce smaller images but (1) you'd know because you would have selected it yourself in the camera and (2) conversion to a different format still wouldn't change the size.

ETA: I think I see what the problem might be - it's not that something's been removed, just that the image has been squished to fit the forum display because it's larger than 800x600. Checking the image as displayed here with the same one on your ImageShack account shows they're identical - except for the changed aspect ratio.
I've tweaked the display of last one you posted - have another look at it: is that now correct?
