you are NOT too old to learn. i'm not sure why you persist in espousing that idea. many of us countered it last time you posted it. and, if it's fun, why worry if you're picasso or segovia or clapton?
My mind just won't let me think I am not too old. It's constantly reverberating with the thoughts I have and refuses to quit. Whenever I try to formulate a new thought pattern, the old ones block it from circulating.
sounds as if cognitive behavioral therapy might help.
I just lost my therapist and she used to try that with me.

It was my medical insurance provider. They refused to reimburse my therapist.
The last college class I took (Dropped it soon after) the instructor put on a monologue by David Foster Wallace and a line in it was the reason why people who shoot themselves in the head when they commit suicide is because they are angry at their own brains. I later found out he himself committed suicide. I feel like this will be my fate.
did insurance give a reason for denial?
They don't think I qualify because I don't have schizophrenia or PTSD but that doesn't change the fact I am not struggling.
