It is.

Also Star Trek. But I wouldn't want to appear like a nerd, so I'll leave it at that.

Rock paper scissors lizard spock

All the best people are water signs.

And a few earth sign people.

And the very occasional fire sign. :P

Yeah. Not those air signs, though. They're too airy... and stuff.

Okay... enough derailment!

gotta say, this is my favourite The Cure song BY FAR.

my dad was an electronics technician* and he built a couple** of Colour Organs (aka Light Organs). these devices would connect to our stereo, and we would plug in 8 or 12 strands of coloured Christmas lights into it. the different frequencies of the song would make different strands flash, so it was a way of "seeing" the music with lights and colour. this song by The Cure song created a more profoundly beautiful display than any other song we tried out of our music collection or even from the radio. i have no idea why.

*and probably an aspie
**one was digital and one was analog. the analog one lit the strands in varying brightness according to the strength of the frequency

That's cool. I'm going to have to tell my Mom that, hyperlexian. (She's got an obsession/special interest in The Cure of epic proportions).

Your coolness factor has me beat by a factor of at least a zillion. I've never even heard of this before. *Retreats back to the 80s*
