I don't want to go into too much detail about my latest dreams because they were really disgusting with other people around me losing control of their bodily fluids, rushing out both ends. 8O

I will describe this one part where someone was selling chicken burgers in a small room that was I guess a cafeteria or something, and someone told me they were delicious. So I bought one and it was awful. It dripped grease all over the plate and both the bun and the chicken patty itself were like a sponge.
The really strange thing is that it made me start craving real chicken burgers so I bought some frozen patties when I went grocery shopping today. They were even on sale. I'm sure they will be much better than in my dream.

I dreamt I was in some alternate reality/dimension and both my parents were alive but way different than they ever were, I was in my late parents' house but it was different than it was from real life. there was salmon-colored carpeting all over and it was strewn with rubbish. there were also these huge translucent bubble spiders [the size of rabbits] crawling about menacingly, and I tried to suck them up with my vacuum cleaner but they were always too fast and tough to be caught. this bothered me. I mentioned it to my mom but she seemed distracted by something else. same for my sister, who thought I should worry about other things. then I found myself at a county fair situated inside of the local shopping mall, and I sat outside by the drive-up area in front of one store, underneath an overhang, and watched cars drive over a speed bump and wobble wildly, with some bouncing up in the air and landing hard with rattly bounces. I thought of how my own loosely-suspended truck would fare on such a prominent speed bump and had a mental picture of it tipping end over end. I sat on a bench next to some fair official who read my mind and thought that I was probably right, then he told me that the other mall [long since torn down] also was hosting a satellite fair but it was somewhat smaller than this one. I asked him if he still had a satellite fair down in some California town and he told me it went by the wayside due to finances. then I awoke. :huh:

I had a dream a couple weeks ago that I was chased through a wildlife reserve and a beach by an alligator. I saw some lions, tigers, zebras, giant kittens [!], orcas, and dolphins as well. Oh, and there was a jungle gym at the beach, but it was in the water. I eventually climbed on it to escape the alligator.

after taking some doxylamine to help me sleep, i dreamt i was driving down a long and exceptionally bumpy/rutted/frost-heaved highway, it was early morning just before sunrise, and it seemed to last a long time, until i got to the end of the loop whereupon suddenly i was in my dad's old mercedes benz with him at the wheel, and the ride smoothed up dramatically. we drove to a local bank where i got out and used their lavatory, then got back into the car and we drove away- then i found myself in a hotel room with a dream character from a previous dream, some tall black amazon woman with short straightened hair, talking to me about her dreams of making it big as a singer, only she had a little problem with the alky that got in the way. then she bid me adieu and walking out of the room, mooned me. i remember it was relatively dimly lit in the room and the lights from the hallway outside the room as she left was glaring. then i tried to sleep in my dream, and some other woman came inside my room with the light once again disturbing me, she apologized for the disturbance and offered to play her ukulele and sing to lull me asleep again, at which point i awoke. am guessing the bizarre dream was a side-effect of the doxy.

Yeah but spicy meals help me sleep for some reason so I usually forget those - I had a crazier one recently though;

I passed out really high on the couch for a few minutes a couple weeks ago and awoke to an out-of-body dream in which I experienced the tactile hallucination of possessing multiple sets of arms (without really seeing it) and suddenly I saw a complex biological molecule that looked like a highly folded protein where my blurry right arm had been, then my friends were in the adjacent room reminding me where I was. The whole dream started with a neural firing of some sort between my right hand & big toe.

had a weird dream about being in a library and some geeky fella in one of the cubicles across from mine was regaling me with stories about how he whaled the tar outta some bullies that were hassling him. then i found a brand new nissan altima automobile, shiny pewtery silver in color, beige interior, i hopped in and the keys were in the ignition, i zoomed down the road then through a warren of side-streets with speed bumps that i steered around. when i got to the main street i suddenly found myself inside a large ice rink with tall view windows from floor to ceiling all around- i drove on the ice rink at high speed and did donuts all over it, then the room shrank and it was a library again, with children all around, and i drove by the book aisles carefully so as to avoid running over the children. then i awoke.

Spicy food usually makes my dreams bizarre. I once had a dream that there were lemurs in my yard, and then suddenly Sheldon and Lenard from the Big Bang Theory showed up, and then a weird pink mutant monkey thing bit me [it might have been me, but it was hard to tell since I was watching the dream].

had a 'mare of me getting a new ford truck, silvery white with taupe interior, it had a camper on it. I drove it to work, the parking lot was different than I remembered as was the workplace, and for some reason it was dusky outside. the only empty parking slot was on an uphill slope next to a road, and there was a compact ford escort parallel-parked at the bottom. I parked in front of it, got out and looked in back of the camper [its bulk blocked my rear view from the cab] to make sure I had enough room behind me, then noticed the truck started to roll backwards, and improbably I was able to stop it by pushing forwards on the camper, then I ran to the cab, got in and mashed down hard on the brakes to no avail, I ended up pushing the car behind me back down into the lot and people materialized out of nowhere to hurry up and move the other car out of the way before I could do more damage to it. then I ran into my workplace and told the boss I had to leave early to get the truck to the dealers to fix the brakes, which he approved. then I walked outside and saw the dealership a block away and walked over to it but somehow I found myself transported instantly to my old stomping grounds I grew up in, it was strange yet familiar as the decades had changed a lot of stuff. I walked around a shopping mall hoping to find a ford dealer yet in the back of my mind I remembered the last ford dealer shut down a decade back. I ended up in a seamy part of town and it was after dark by then, and soon some muggers came upon me and accosted me, then grabbed my coat and rifled through the pockets and found no money but envelopes to various charity organizations and determined that I was lower class as they were and apologized for mugging me. then I found myself upon the roof of some house that was decorated for easter with pink bunny rabbits and pink paint but also Christmas with garland and lights. I jumped down from the roof upon a hybrid easter/christmas tree, my impact forced the tree down into the ground but then it sprang back up as though spring-loaded. I heard a commotion inside the house, the owner was riled that I jumped on his tree so he grabbed a gun and chased me down the street. my legs were rubbery and very tired and i was out of breath. then I awoke, all sweaty. :|

Yikes! That would be terrifying.
I had a weird dream last night. I met Takahiro Sakurai and Ayumi Ito. They seemed to be married [!] and had a little girl who looked suspiciously like Marlene from the Final Fantasy VII movie. Then I had a dream about Digimon.

My dreams are always weird and fantastical. I rarely have nightmares, thankfully. For the longest while I had dreams where either I or a whole bunch of people were searching for something or someone, but then after Sep. 24, they stopped. :? I don't think anything really significant happened that day...

mebbe in another dimension somewhere that was a red-letter day of some sort. they say that dreams are really remembrances of astral travel, and astral travelers can traverse dimensions and experience different things in a way that waking mortals cannot.
