Yes indeed ,, when you wake up way too,too early …And eventually give up on trying to sleep anymore ..
Starting the day , with a spoon deficit is the natural process . And the days plans you made the day before.
Just do not seem to get accomplished ..or at least accomplished in the manner you may need it to be .
Then if this happens regularly ,everyday day or every other day . It is just not very satisfying to deal with your
Daily things . Then after awhile you might get apathetic towards starting projects . But all the while you remember what things were getting done . When you rested , better . And if not careful you can get into a cycle.
