That happens to me a lot …. But sometimes , I do not get lucky enough to go back to sleep .
Sometimes , I used A herb called St.Johns wort . Doctor told me to try it to help sleep . Seems to help me often.
Other times a local raccoon wants to wake me up …

Don't you wish that those raccoons would leave you alone?

Yes Raccoons here are quite destructive in their night activities , and they do not take no for an answer .
And YES to answer your question !

Does being awake an hour before my alarm count as having insomnia?

Lololzzz… am not sure actually have had that issue just today too…. But did manage a full nights rest .
Which is almost rare these days . Guess it might count … hate the days when it’s 2 hours before wake up time .
Then remembering you are going throughout your day minus those normal sleep hours can be hard on spoon
Supplies , when they are needed . And you have you rely on operating through the stress, short on spoons but having to rely on any reserves you have , And possibly putting yourself into adrenal fatigue.??? :(

I'm not doing any sales pitches about Roost-a-way sleeping pills. Insomnia is no laughing matter. I was trying to be funny with the other pitches that I made, while experimenting with avatars. I was trying to be funny to fit in. I woke up at 4:20. I'd be happy if I could sleep until my alarm.

Yes indeed ,, when you wake up way too,too early …And eventually give up on trying to sleep anymore ..
Starting the day , with a spoon deficit is the natural process . And the days plans you made the day before.
Just do not seem to get accomplished ..or at least accomplished in the manner you may need it to be .
Then if this happens regularly ,everyday day or every other day . It is just not very satisfying to deal with your
Daily things . Then after awhile you might get apathetic towards starting projects . But all the while you remember what things were getting done . When you rested , better . And if not careful you can get into a cycle. :(

Almost wanna say, it’s nice to see your bump back here again in this thread …..but sometimes that might not be such a nice thing …? ? But at least we know we are bumping in good Company Isabella . 8O….. :…

Not doing so good of a job of sleeping tonight ..but no one can fault this bumpy old gal for trying .
Took me a hour before thought to come on here. And jeez , it is almost3:20 am .
Can you cauterize a brain , sleep area …? Maybe the brain will figure out the sleeper part of the brain doesn’t seem to know to stay asleep ?

One more night over the line sweet Jesus, one more night over the line….hmmm. Praying hasn’t quite help yet ..
So it’s off the try out just alittle more medicine..fingers crossed , not always had positive results from that idea either
But I have some physically taxing stuff that must be accomplished tomorrow 8O And this is no way to keep a immune system in my body functioning well. AND am tired of getting sick ! :(

Just barely able to do the bump that is required to be apart of this thread .
