I live in Canada. It's mandatory.


In all seriousness, sometimes I apologize for apologizing. Whenever something happens that I feel is my fault, regardless of whether it actually is or not, I apologize. It's become so automatic that I'm barely aware of it.

As an aside, Claymore helped me through many tough years by reminding me that no matter how bad things seem, at least it's better than theirs.

Yeah I understand , I'm a bit of a hypocrite for saying that , I apologise for things that have nothing to do with me.

Part of the problem is that some days I don't feel like I deserve love, or that I'm useless, even though I know better.

I've struggled with this for a lot of my life.

I'm certainly a bundle of contradictions.

I hear this so often and would love to know how to help someone get through it painlessly.
I suspect depression/anxiety is often involved but we have a view of ourselves which can be changed but not always easily.

If I could develop a magic spell to heal the world I would.
It can take a long time for someone to begin to love themselves if they have never known how to do this.

The only thing I do in this life is f**k everything up.
Maybe not intentionally, but I f**k it up anyway.
