Having a laughing cow light and tomato sandwich for lunch in an hour or so. Asda delivery around 1pm so will have more long life milk, gin and diet tonic.

I've noticed that a spoonful of carbocisteine makes me drowsy after an hour... Even if I just had some coffee.

That's not meant to do that.
And I've only taking them for barely a week now.


Oh well.
Might as well use it to alter my sleeping patterns. I hadn't tried melatonin yet, so...

Saturday and Sunday. What avatar to use for those days. Saturday and Sunday both start with the letter, S. They're two peas in a pod. I think that Om Nom would be perfect for Sweet Saturday and Succulent Sunday.

I'm thinking of trying to learn Christian Mysticism.

...yeah, it's really a thing.

I can teach myself how to use the Book of Psalms in spellwork and about some of the ancient Christian occult symbols found in tarot cards like the tetramorph (man, lion, ox, and eagle).
