Well I would have like to let you know but I don't know what they were. McVities crunch creams or something

Absolutely shocking, that whole Post Office thing - they're still in arse-covering mode even now.
And when someone reads an "apology" from a printed note you know it's been carefully studied by lawyers beforehand - more arse-covering.

There needs to be prosecutions at the end of this.
