I heard if an acute frontal sinusitis never goes away, it can screw up someone's eye depending where the inflammation is.

I occasionally have plenty of those damn things.
And the headaches it brings really hurt. Sometimes bad enough that I cannot use a bike.
It's a sharp pain that can last whole day. It's not a cluster headache, it's specifically around the brows.

Usually when the phlegm went too much in excess that it also fills even more damn sinuses, then suddenly got too dry, then it's unable to leave. :roll:

At the moment, I have one on the right.
And it's been days since it's 'stuck' like that.

I spent most of my day surrounded by highly intoxicated college students.
I didn't want to, but I didn't have much of a choice. Some days you just can't avoid them.

we should make a SUPER HUGE cake...that way if someone gets a small piece of it the piece will be as big as a normal cake
