When my assessor asked if I read , I said I don't read , my GF had to speak up and say I read all day long but through a PC screen :roll:

Not Tolkien, but Naomi Novik - even better than Tolkien in my opinion.

The guy who made the hobit films also bought the rights to the Temeraire series of books but just sat on it for over 10 years - I was so frustrated. He has now given them back. I am hoping another movie maker will see the potential for a magnificent series of films.

You can get the books on the PC for free via the library ebook service.

But if reading fantasy and scifi aint your thing then it aint your thing. :shrug:
