Why is it that I don't fear fear itself? And even be fascinated by it.

Yet get frustrated by anything else?

Is this why I'm able to master anxiety, yet unable to master depression?
And also unable to master both at the same time because the prerequisite of my ideal outcome is the lack of depression...

Common anecdotes suggests many would prefer depression over anxiety than the other way around.

I'd choose the other way around if having neither is not a choice.

Overcoming after effects of burnout and the habits around it is still harder IMO.

Haha. Tomorrow morning is going to mark the start of the week - hopefully an improvement on the week that has just gone.

Well, technically Sunday is the start of the week, but I always think of the start of the week as being Monday, personally.
