Sometimes I mix up cents and minutes. I think there are 60 cents in a dollar and 100 minutes in an hour.

Well, below a thousand posts perhaps, but after that it shouldn't matter so much since then the custom rank is able to be utilized and that's the last reward for post count accumulation, unless it is a matter individually regarding such.

Some people get really competitive about their post count, though, even after they've reached the thousands.
I think any opportunity to get a post in is seized by them, even if it's just counting or restating what 5 other people have already said.

Really? I know I've posted a lot here, but I do not intentionally try to do any of that. I try to respond to what I find of interest or otherwise where I feel I have something to say.

Yeah, it happens; I'm not accusing everyone with very high post counts of doing that, though. There has been explicit mentioning of "post count contests" and the like by a few members. There have even been a few spam threads by regular members devoted to raising said members' post counts.
