I have a 27 year old son who has begun to shout randomly and increasingly more so during the evening hours. He is nonverbal but can repeat a lot of what you ask him to say and responds appropriately to yes and no questions but that's about it for his communication skills. He can write and type but refuses to write why he is yelling. Please help if possible thanks!
